A valid credit card will be kept on file to hold a scheduled appointment and charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Payment will be processed at the conclusion of your appointment and does not have to be made using the card kept on file. Swiping/tapping using a card or tap-to-pay phone app is preferred.

Appointments cancelled within 15 hours of appointment start time will be subject to a cancellation fee equaling one half of the value of the booked service.
If you fail to contact us regarding a cancellation, and do not show up to an appointment, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Please arrive at least five minutes before your appointment start time. To start each appointment on time, each session must end at the appointed time. Arriving late will cut into the total duration of your visit.

Gratuity will be gratefully accepted by your therapist at the conclusion of your session. Therapists will accept cash or a gift through Venmo.

If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness, please stay home.
Please refer to the cancellation policy above when considering rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

Refunds are not available for massage services rendered.
Refunds are not available for annual membership dues.
Refunds are not available for gift card purchases, however, gift cards can be transferred to another account by the holder of the gift card.

This is a clinical massage studio focused on the therapeutic and clinical benefits of massage therapy. Sexual comments or actions will not be tolerated; in such an event the session will be immediately terminated and not refunded.

Memberships are valid for one calendar year starting from the date you join. Discounts available to members include massage services, cancellation fees, and products. Membership discount does not applyto gift cards.
Membership is non-transferrable and benefits can only be accessed by the individual member. Member benefits can not be combined with other discount offers unless specified.
Annual membership fee is non-refundable.

When you refer a new client to Altius Massage LLC you get a $10 credit added to your account. Make sure the new client adds your referral code during the booking process so we can link the credit to your account. The new client will also get a $10 credit to use during their first visit.
*Members get $20 credit for new client referrals and an additional $20 credit if a client referral becomes a member. Referral Reward credits do not expire.

Discount codes are one use per person. Offer codes can not be combined unless otherwise specified.

Altius Massage LLC collects personal information to help make your experience as seamless and productive as possible. Some info, such as phone number and e-mail address, must be collected for communication and identification purposes. Credit cards kept on file are encrypted through our third party booking software, so Altius Massage LLC is not able to view your full credit card information at any time.
Any Personally Identifiable Information collected by Altius Massage LLC will always be kept private and never shared or sold to third parties for outside marketing purposes.

Certain health conditions may limit treatment options and some may make massage unavailable to an individual. Having this information is vital to keeping you safe during your treatment.
